Toll样受体识别相应的抗原，启动细胞内信号通路，诱导相应细胞因子的表达，从而影响过敏性疾病的发生发展，而且不同的Toll样受体作用不同，Toll样受体目前已成为过敏性疾病研究的一个热点。本文就对Toll样受体的作用作一综述。
