摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖剂活化受体γ(PPARγ)是一个由配体激活的核转录因子,属于核激素受体(nuclear hormone receptor)超家族成员。被激活后,该受体除参与脂质和脂蛋白代谢,还涉及上皮细胞分化,单核/巨噬细胞等炎症细胞的活化,血管舒缩以及动脉粥样硬化形成,甚至肿瘤增殖等。本文对现有的PPAR7激动剂在支气管哮喘和呼吸道合胞病毒感染中的作用作一综述。 Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ) is a ligand-activated nuclear transcription factor, belonged to the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily. The receptor involved in lipid and lipoprotein metabolism, epithelial cells, monocytes/macrophages and other inflammatory cell activation, vasomotor and atherosclerosis formation, proliferation, and even cancer,while it is activated. In this paper, the effect of PPARγ agonists in bronchial asthma and respiratory syncytial virus infection is reviewed.
