摘要
目的:评价角膜内皮移植术对大泡性角膜病变的治疗效果。方法:对4例大泡性角膜病变患者行角膜内皮移植术并观察术后角膜植片透明程度及视力改变。结果:4例治愈,术后角膜移植透明,疼痛明显减轻,视力提高。结论:角膜内皮移植术对大泡性角膜病变是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical results of endothelial keratoplasty for treating bullons keratopathy.Methods： A total of 4 eyes with bullous keratopathy underwent treating endothelial keratoplasty.patiens were followed up for 3 to 6 months. postoperative visual acuity;corneal graft transparency ;graft rejection were observed. Results： 4 cases were clear,Aching feeling relieve and visual acuity improve.Conclusion：Endothelial keratoplasty for treating bullous keratopathy might be secure and available .
