Application of New Type Technique to Fix Periodontal Loose Teeth

目的:探讨纤维固位夹板在牙周病松动牙治疗中的应用。方法:在全面牙周基础治疗的基础上,采用固位纤维加树脂制作牙周夹板治疗下颌前牙牙周病松动牙共15例、20颗患牙,并在完成牙周夹板固定后1、3和6个月复诊。结果:纤维固位技术能够保存下颌前牙牙周病松动牙,控制牙周病和恢复咀嚼功能。结论:纤维固位夹板可作为下颌前牙牙周病松动牙治疗的有效手段。

Objective： To explore the value of new type technique to fix periodontal loose teeth.Methods： With the initial periodontal therapy, the 20 mandibular anterior loosing teeth of 15 periodontal patients were treated with retention fiber and resin flow. Results： After 1 to 6 months of return visit,the technique can reserve the mandibular anterior loosing teeth,control the develop of periodontitis and regain masticatory function.Conclusions： The technique to fix periodontal loose teeth with retention fiber and resin flow is effective.
