摘要
介绍了北京电网 DTS的软硬件配置、DTS的仿真功能和 DTS的应用情况。这套 DTS首次采用了大屏幕投影 ,并且获得了成功。在系统中增加了 CASE管理 ,CASE管理的应用可以帮助记录下电网的发展历史和重大事故时刻的电网网架结构。另外 ,系统中还增加了低压低频解列自动装置 ,用于模仿恶性事故发生时的电网情况。针对目前的应用情况及需求 ,对传统操作界面进行了修改和调整 ,并就北京电网 DTS今后的发展提出了一些设想。
The necessity of building a dispatcher training simulator DTS for Beijing electric power system is emphasized. Then the hardware and software configuration,the simulating function and application of the DTS for Beijing electric power system are described.The DTS first adopts the large screen project system and is proved successful.The function of CASE management is added to the system.It can record the history of the development of the power network and the structure of power network when serious accident happens.These can be used to analyze and replay the recorded accident.In addition, the system adds islanding model of under voltage and under frequency to simulate fatal accidents leading to loss of synchronism.At the same time,the operating interface is modified and adjusted to be more convenient.Some new ideas for developing the DTS are put forward.
