摘要
介绍了于1999 年12 月初在陕西东部电网投入试运行的OPS—1 在线预决策的暂态稳定控制系统的总体结构和技术要点。该系统实时测量当地电网电气量,自动选择外部网典型方式数据,针对预想故障集进行最佳控制策略的快速搜索计算,在线刷新控制策略表,对系统运行方式变化和电网发展具有强适应性,并以最小控制代价带来显著经济效益。该系统是暂态稳定性定量分析技术EEAC和成熟的区域稳定控制装置FWK的有机结合。
This paper gives an outline of the technical aspects of the OPS-1 on-line pre-decision based transient stability controlsystem w hich has been in operation at Eastern ShanxiPow er System since Decem ber 1999. The system follows the currentpow ersystem operating point, perform s on-line stability calculation for a specified setoffaultscenarios by using the stability m argin provided by EEAC in order to obtain controldecisions w hich m ake the system sufficiently stable at the m inim um cost, and then periodically refreshes thedecision table stored in the FWK controldevice. Such a system is adaptive to thedevelopm entand changeofoperation ofpow ersystem sand itsindustrialapplication isa m ilestone in the developm entof stability controltechnology.
