摘要
从网络体系结构、数据采集处理、操作系统选择、机型选择、高级应用软件、集控和配网管理功能等方面比较了几个能量管理系统(EMS)建设方案的优劣。
To meet the need of construction and renovation of urban power network, the existing dispatching automation system should be updated and renovated. Thus the advantages and drawbacks of the network architecture, the data acquisition and processing, the selection of operating system, the selection of computers, the advanced application software, the centralized control and the functions of distribution network management in different EMS system are compared. Some relevant suggestions on the upgrading and renovation of existing dispatching automation system are put forward.
