摘要
电液控制塞阀是近年来应用于流化催化裂化装置的高新技术设备。本文阐述了催化裂化装置中电液控制塞阀阀体及电液执行机构结构特点、自动控制原理和液压系统工作流程 ,并进行了电液控制塞阀和气动控制塞阀的应用比较。重点介绍了电液控制塞阀在开停工过程中立管膨胀吸收及立管收缩补偿保护原理。
Electro hydraulic plug valve has been applied on residual fluid catalytic cracking unit in recent years. This paper discusses the structural characteristics of the plug valve body and the electro hydraulic actuator, and put out the automatic control principle and the hydraulic system working flow. The specific application of electro hydralic plug valve is also compared with pneumatic plug valve in catalytic cracking unit. The principle of compensation for the riser's retraction and rise is specified when the plug is held in the valve seat during cool down and heat up.
