皮肤腺样囊性癌1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，45岁。因左肩部皮下结节8年，左下肢活动时伴疼痛2年，于2011年1月5日就诊，患者8年前无明显诱因左肩部皮下出现结节，当时自觉症状无明显不适，故未引起患者重视。2年前左上肢活动时伴疼痛不适．左上肢无明显活动时，疼痛稍减轻，到我院门诊就诊。初步疑诊为皮脂囊瘤。患者一般情况可，既往史、家族史及个人史无特殊。
