摘要
目的:优选产妇康颗粒提取工艺。方法:高效液相法测定提取液中阿魏酸的含量,结合正丁醇浸出物含量,采用均匀实验设计优选产妇康颗粒提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水,浸泡1 h,提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优化后的工艺合理、稳定、可行,适于产妇康颗粒中当归、炮姜等药味的提取。
Objective:To optimize extraction technology of Chanfukang granule.Method: The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC,combined with the content of N-butanol extract,uniform experiment was used to optimize extraction technology of Chanfukang granule.Result:Optimum extraction process was:soaked 1 h with 8 times the amount of water,extracted 3 times for 1 h each time.Conclusion:Optimized technology of Chanfukang granule was reasonable,stable and feasible,it was suitable for extraction of Angelica sinensis,Zingiber officinale and so on from Chanfukang granule.
