摘要
目的:研究天茄子挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用超临界CO2萃取法提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析其化学成分,用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结果:从超临界CO2萃取法挥发油中分离鉴定46个化合物,占挥发油总量的92.80%,其中主要成分是亚油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、早熟素Ⅱ。结论:天茄子挥发油化学成分以脂肪酸类为主,占72.32%。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the essential oils from Calonyction muricatum.Method: The essential oils were extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction,and then the constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS),and then their relative content was determined by the area normalization.Result: Forty-six compounds were isolated and identified that composed about 92.80% of the total essential oils.The principal constituents are linoleic,palmitic acid,stearic acid,precocene Ⅱ.Conclusion: Fatty acid is the main constituent of the essential oil,accounting for 72.32% of the total.
