摘要
利用上海大众、上海汇众汽车公司提供的国内外轮毂轴承样品 ,进行恒定载荷寿命台架试验 ,首次对国内外五个轴承公司生产的桑塔纳轿车前轮毂双列圆锥滚子轴承 81 1 4 0 762 5A(JRM3 93 9 JRM3 968XD)共 50套用完全强化试验方法进行额定动载荷承载能力寿命试验对比分析 ,试验结果符合Lundberg Palmgren的寿命理论 ,并用德国大众的评价标准PVW 2 0 0 6对试验样品作出了正确评价。附图 2幅 ,表 3个 ,参考文献 5篇。
Using the samples of hub bearings in home and abroad provided by some companies such as Shang Hai Da Zhong, Shang Hai Hui Zhong, and utilizing the complete strengthen test method in the life platform frame test with the constant load, comparing analyses have been made on dynamic load rating capacity for the 811407625A(JRM3939/JRM3968XD)double row tapered roller bearings which are manufactured by five bearing companies in home and abroad and are used in front hub of Santana car. The test bearing number is add up to 50. The test results corresponds the lundberg-Palmgren life theory. The correct evalutation is made by using the PVW-2006 standard of Da Zhong Company in German for the test samples.
