人外周血树突状细胞MicroRNA表达谱的鉴定与分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨MicroRNA在专职抗原提呈细胞(APC)树突状细胞(DC)中的表达数种与数量分析。方法:从健康人外周血中分离单核细胞,经重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rhGM-CSF)和重组人白细胞介素4(rhlL-4)刺激,待成长为成熟DC后,提取总RNA,用miRCURY LNATMmicroRNAArray进行分析。结果:经分析显示DCs中高表达(标准值>2)的miRNA有85个,其中显著高表达的有hsa-miR-720、hsa-miR-142-3p、hsa-miR-1260b、hsa-miR-1290、hsa-miR-22、hsa-miR-21、hsa-miR-142-5p、hsa-miR-1246、hsa-miR-4284、hsa-miR-24、hsa-miR-491-3p、hsa-miR-3613-3p、hsa-miR-23b、hsa-miR-1280、hsa-miR-342-3p、hsa-miR-1260、hsa-miR-23a、hsa-miR-29b、hsa-miR-16等。结论:提示以上miRNA分子在DCs参与的免疫应答中可能发挥着重要作用。
