Ⅰ型调节性T细胞(Tr1)的研究进展及其应用前景 被引量：5

摘要 调节性T细胞（regulatory T cells，Treg）在体内担负着重要的免疫调节作用，是诱导针对自身以及外来抗原产生外周免疫耐受的关键调节细胞。大量研究结果表明，Treg在自身免疫性疾病、慢性炎症性疾病、肿瘤以及移植免疫等免疫调节方面发挥非常重要的作用。近年来，愈来愈受到广泛地关注。
