中低强度火山灰混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过混凝土56天电通量试验,探讨多种因素对中低强度火山灰混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。研究表明:中低强度火山灰混凝土电通量与火山灰掺量相关性不明显,与混凝土强度亦无必然联系;一定单方胶凝材料总量下,火山灰混凝土电通量随水胶比的增大而增大。减小电通量的关键是控制水胶比,减小单方胶凝材料总量,也能使电通量降低;引气剂对中低强度混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能有较大的负面影响,引气量越高,抗氯离子渗透性能越差。 Adopting concrete Dielectric Flux test at the 56d age,the effect of several factors on the resistance-chloride ion penetration of middle and low-strength pozzolana concrete is studied.The results indicate that the dielectric flux of middle and low-strength pozzolana concrete does not depend on not only the mixture of pozzolana significantly,but the strength;When mixed with a given total amount of bonding material of unit volume,the concrete dielectric flux enlarges due to the increasing of the water bonding ratio.Therefore,the key to the control of the concrete dielectric flux is to limit the water bonding ratio,on the other hand,the less bonding of unit volume can reduce the concrete's dielectric flux.Furthermore,the air-entraining has a significant negative effect on the resistance-chloride ion penetration of middle and low-strength pozzolana concrete,because it is found that the more air-entraining is,the lower resistance-chloride ion penetration is.
