目的 研究砂带磨削在普通车床上的应用 .方法 根据砂带磨削的原理、特点 ,设计了砂带磨削装置 ,并通过试验证明了其工艺效果 .结果 在车床上采用砂带磨削装置对细长轴零件进行精加工 ,能有效地降低表面粗糙度 ,提高加工精度 .

Aim\ To research the application of the abrasive belt grinding on the lathe. Methods\ According to the principle and characters of abrasive belt grinding, a special device has been designed. Results\ On the lathe, precision machining of long and thin shafts with coated abrasive belt grinding device is realized. It can effectively reduce the surface roughness of workpieces and increase the machining precision. The technological advantage has been proved. Conclusion\ An effective way to reform the ordinary lathe as a grinding machine is provided.
