摘要
目的 研究火炮身管的临界裂纹和初始允许裂纹尺寸 .方法 依据断裂力学理论 ,导出了火炮身管的临界裂纹和初始允许裂纹尺寸计算的数学模型 .结果 利用建立的数学模型 ,结合某高炮身管的有关数据 ,计算出了该炮身管的临界裂纹和初始允许裂纹尺寸 .
Aim To study the critical crack and initial permissible crack size of gun tube. Methods According to fracture machanics theory, a mathematical model for critical crack of gun tubes and initial permissible crack size was developed. Results Using the established mathematical model, with some data of an antiaircraft tubes, critical crack and initial permissible crack size of the antiaircraft gun tube were worked out. Conclusion Through theoretical analysis and practical example, the importance of controlling the crack formation is shown in the process of making gun tube.
