摘要
目的 在实验室进行大隆合成的放大研究 ,以便于技术的推广和应用 .方法 以苯乙酰氯和对溴联苯、 4 -羟基香豆素等为原料进行大隆的公斤级放大实验 .结果 根据实验给出了各步工艺条件 ,操作方法 ,生产工艺流程示意图 ,投资设备一览表 ,各步产品收率及产品质量指标 .结论 大隆的总收率为 3 .4 %,产品的含量≥ 95%,薄层分析 :在 Rf为 0 .3和 0 .
Aim Process amplification study was carried out in the laboratory to promote the spread and application of the technology. Methods One kilogram scale amplification experiment was performed by using phenylacetyl chloride, para bromobiphenyl and 4 hydroxycoumarin as the raw materials. Results The process conditions, operation methods, technological flow chart, equipment list, product yields and product quality index are given on the basis of experiments. Conclusion Yield of brodifacoum is 3.4%, product content≥95% and thin layer chromatography shows two isomeric absorption bands at R f=0.3 and 0.4.
