摘要
研究了改进遗传算法求解机械故障诊断的若干问题 ,定义了遗传算法求解故障诊断问题的概率因果网络 ,给出了求解故障诊断的数学表达式和适合于旋转机械的故障集、因果强度和先验概率表 ,指出表达式的最小值的集合对应于故障征兆集、因果集和征兆集 。
Aiming at improving genetic algorithm in fault diagnosis of machinery, we defined the probabilistic causal network for fault diagnosis.We also derived the formula for solving fault diagnosis、fault 、sets、manifestation sets、relation intensity and experience probability. The minimum value sets of formula correspond to the fault and manifestation sets. The effectiveness of this method is proved with an example.
