摘要
分析了并联式电液伺服系统中存在的几个问题 ,并运用机电一体化技术 ,通过改变输入信号、自适应控制油源压力、进行状态反馈等方法解决了系统中存在的往返速度不同 ;换向时有压力跃变 ;单缸系统阻尼系数小 ,稳定裕度不够 ;各缸之间有耦合 ,负载干扰严重等问题 。
We first analyzed the existing parallel electrhydraulic servo system, and found the following shortcomings:①extending velocity and retracting velocity are different;②pressure jump in commutation;③low impedance coefficient and severe load interference.We then adopted mechatronics techniques to overcome these shortcomings by changing input commands; adaptive adjustment of supply pressure and states feedback.The performance of the system is quite good after adopting these measures.
