倍他乐克联合依那普利治疗舒张性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的探讨倍他乐克联合依那普利治疗舒张性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月～2011年12月收治的舒张性心力衰竭患者共160例,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在此基础上加用倍他乐克和依那普利治疗。结果两组患者的总有效率差异具有统计学意义(91.25%VS67.50%,P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率、等容舒张时间均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),但治疗后两组差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组患者的不良反应情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论倍他乐克联合依那普利治疗舒张性心力衰竭,其临床效果佳、不良反应少,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective Learn the effect of metoprolol and enalapril on diastolic heart failure （DHF）. Methods 160 patients of DHF from Jan 2010 to Dec 2011 divided into 2 groups. The control group used common therapy while the experiment group used metoprolol and enalapril. Results The diverse of total effective rate of two groups had significance （91.25% VS 67.50%, P〈0.05）. The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate, isovolumic relaxation time of two groups after therapy were lower than before （P〈0.05）, but the diverse of two groups had no significance （P〉0.05）. The diverse of untoward effect of two group had no significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol and enalapril treating DHF have excellent effect and low untoward effect, which are worth using, widely.
