牙合垫治疗颞下颌关节盘移位的随访研究

目的观察牙合垫对颞下颌关节盘移位患者的治疗效果。方法治疗组患者23例,戴稳定牙合垫3个月;对照组患者20例,3个月内未做治疗。疗效判断指标包括可视模拟疼痛标尺(VAS)和FRICTON指数。结果经过牙合垫治疗的患者颞下颌关节功能状况改善明显,患者疼痛强度明显减轻;而对照组则无明显改善。结论牙合垫对关节盘移位患者有明显疗效。

Obiective To evaluate the effect of splint therapy on temporomandibular disk displacement. Methods 23 patients with disk displacement as a splint therapy group undergone 3 months of splint therapy. 20 patients with the same diagnosis were a control group in which no management was undergone. Clinical data including visual analogue scale （VAS） and FRICTON index. Results Temporomandibular joint functional condition improved and release of pain were showed in splint therapy group. TMJ functional condition and pain did not changed significantly in control group. Conclusion Splint is effective in treament for disk displacement.
