优质护理在骨科病房中的实施

目的探讨优质护理在骨科病房中的应用效果。方法开展"优质护理服务",转变服务理念,改变排班方式和工作模式,优化工作流程,实行连续性排班和责任制整体护理。结果患者及家属对护理服务态度满意度、入院宣教满意度、健康教育知晓率、巡视病房满意度、治疗护理满意度、病房管理满意度、陪检率明显提高,响铃率明显下降。结论优质护理服务体现了"以病人为中心"的服务内涵,激发了护士的最大潜能,提高护理工作效率,提高护理人员整体素质。

Objective To explore the effect high-quailty nursing in department of orthopaedics. Methods Open the high-quality nursing service, change the service idea, alter the way of duty and the working mold, grading-up the job flow-sheet, carry out the entirety nursing. Results The patients and dependents are satisfaction for the attitude, the lecture, the health education, the visit and manage of department in nursing service. The rate of ring is obvious lower （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The high-quailty nursing service could perform the centre of patients, arouse the maximum potency of nurse, raise the efficiency and disposition of nursing staff.
