摘要 目的研究PICC配合微量注射泵持续注入垂体后叶素,减轻药物对血管的损伤,防止周围组织坏死,减轻患者痛苦的效果。方法选择42例患者采用PICC配合微量注射泵持续注入垂体后叶素。结果更好地保护了患者的血管,减轻了痛苦,治疗顺利地进行,提高了护理工作质量。结论垂体后叶素经PICC管注入中心静脉后迅速被稀释,可明显减轻药物对血管的损伤,有效地保护了周围血管。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of realizing vessel injury, preventing thanatosis of peripheral tissue and reducing pain about PICC combined with micro-medicine-infusion pump for continuous injection of pituitrin. Methods 42 cases of patients were selected, and were given PICC combined with micro-medicine-infusion pump for continuous injection of pituitrin. Results The vessel was protected better, pain was released, and treatment carried on smoothly, nurse quality enhanced. Conclusion Pituitrin is diluted quickly after injected to central venous through PICC, and can release vessel injury obviously, protect peripheral vascular effectively.
