小组包干制护理对手术病人心理状况影响的研究

目的探讨小组包干制护理对手术病人心理状况的影响。方法选择骨科和普外科2009年5月～2011年5月收治的手术患者300例,分别行常规功能制护理和行小组包干制护理,就两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组心理焦虑阳性率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度及疾病知晓率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术患者中实行小组包干制护理,使患者疾病知晓率、护理满意度提高,明显改善了患者生存质量。

Objective To investigate the group responsibility care for the psychological effects of surgical patients. Methods The hospital orthopedics and general surgery from May 2009 to May 2011 surgical patients admitted 300 patients were treated by conventional functional nursing care and group responsibility care, the two sets of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Flesuits The psychology of anxiety was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The patients satisfaction ,and disease awareness than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients undergoing care in the implementation of group responsibility care, the patient disease awareness, improve care and satisfaction, improved quality of life of patients.
