摘要
提出了一个面向 2 1世纪的测试理论与仪器创新研究的新领域——仿生测试理论与仪器工程。从 2 1世纪测试理论与仪器的特征和需求出发 ,论述仿生测试理论与仪器研究的科学依据、发展历史和科学问题 ,指出结构和运动仿生、功能仿生、智能仿生 ,特别是生命过程和智能行为模拟 (仿生 ) 。
This article describes a new field of metrology theory and instrument innovation researches against 21st century——bionics metrology theory and instrumentation. From the characteristics and demands of the 21st metrology theory and instruments, the article dwells on the scientific bases, historic developments and scientific issues about bionics metrology theory and instrument researches, points out that architecture and kinematic bionics, functionality bionics, intelligent bionics, especially,life process and intelligent behavior simulation(bionics) are of far-reaching significance for the future development of metrology theory and instrument science.
