摘要 在新研制的压延机上增加塑料薄膜厚度闭环测控系统 ,使压延机成为一套真正的机电一体化设备。设计中采用了虚拟仪器技术 ,组成全部测控硬软件系统 ;采用了步进电机和滚珠丝杠调整轧辊间隙 ,实现了对塑料薄膜厚度的控制 ;采用了全电子式电容传感器 ,避免了使用传统的核辐射式测厚传感器。 New closed loop observer and control system was added on rolling machine for the measurement of sheet film thickness, thus made the rolling machine become a truly mechatronic product. Step motor and ball screw assembly were designed as the thickness control components to adjust the clearance between two rollers. The use of electron capacitance transducer avoided choosing traditional nuclear radiation transducer. Advanced Virtual Instrument was also used to build up hardware and software system for observe and control. After introduction to the mechanism electronic system and computer software, the authors point out that the equipment has wonderful practical popularize prospect.
