影响局部晚期及转移性前列腺癌放射治疗近期疗效的相关因素的分析

摘要 目的:对我科行放射治疗的32例前列腺癌患者病历资料进行回顾性分析,初步观察治疗的近期疗效及毒副作用。方法:回顾性分析2006年9月-2011年3月在我科行放射治疗的32例连续病例资料,根据放疗后PSA的变化情况进行疗效评价。所有患者随访时间1-18个月,中位时间6个月。对年龄、放疗剂量、有无骨转移、是否行睾丸切除、分期等影响因素进行统计分析,观察这些因素对放疗后PSA下降率的影响。结果:32例前列腺癌患者放疗后1个月PSA下降率为62.5%。单因素分析显示:分期、放疗剂量和骨转移是影响放疗后PSA下降的因素,年龄差异、是否有睾丸切除对患者放疗后PSA下降无明显影响。结论:分期越晚的前列腺癌患者放疗后PSA下降率越低,出现骨转移后再放疗PSA下降率明显降低。因此符合放射治疗原则的前列腺癌患者应尽早放疗。
