中药治疗早产儿胃肠功能紊乱的临床研究

Chinese medicine treatment of premature children in clinical studies of gastrointestinal disorders

目的：探讨中药治疗早产儿胃肠功能紊乱的临床效果。方法：胃肠功能紊乱早产儿86例按照随即对照原则分为2组一治疗组与对照组各43人，两组病例均按常规护理及治疗，并予静脉营养支持，治疗组在对照组常规对症治疗基础上增加自拟中药方口服治疗。结果：经治疗后7天，治疗组总有效率为90．7％，对照组总有效率为74．4％，治疗组总症状缓解有效率远远大于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组的胃潴留和腹胀平均消失时间分别为（2．03±0．36）d、（2．36±0．42）d和（5．36±1．11）d和（6．00±0．95）d，结果显示治疗组的胃潴留和腹胀消失时间都明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中药治疗早产儿胃肠功能紊乱，有改善早产儿胃肠功能，帮助早产儿及时渡过喂养关，缩短住院时间的作用，值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of premature children the clinical effects of gastroin- testinal disorders. Methods： Gastrointestinal dysfunction in preterm children were 86 cases in accordance with the principles then divided into two groups - the treatment group and control group 43, two groups of patients according to routine care and treatment, and for intra- venous nutritional support, treatment group received conventional symptomatic treatment based on the increase in serf-prescription oral treatment. Results： After 7 days after treatment, total effective rate was 90.7% in the control group, the total effective rate was 74.4%, treatment group, the total effective relief of symptoms is far greater than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Two groups of gastric retention and bloating mean disappearance time was （2.03 ~ 0.36） d, （2.36 ~ 0.42） d and （5.36 ~ 1.11） d and （6.00 ~ 0.95） d, showed that the treat- ment group, gastric retention, and abdominal swelling disappeared time is significantly less than the control group （P 〈0.05）. CONCLU- SION： Chinese medieine treatment of gastrointestinal disorders in preterm children, preterm children to improve gastrointestinal function, to help feed premature children in a timely manner through customs, reducing the role of hospital stay, should be widely applied.
