83例牙周牙髓综合征的临床分析

目的：为进一步对做好牙周牙髓综合征治疗工作提供科学依据。方法：以83例牙周牙髓综合征治疗患者为研究对象，通过对患者采用针对性治疗与观察。结果：经6～12个月随访，83例（115个患牙）患者中显效41例（60个患牙），占49．39％；好转32例（38个患牙），占38．55％；无效10例（17个患牙），占12．06％；总有效率是87．95％，结论：对于牙周牙髓综合征的患牙应查清病源，制定计划，系统治疗。

Objective： To make pulp periodontal syndrome treatment to provide a scientific basis. Methods： 83 cases of pulp peri- odontal syndrome patients as research object, through to the patients using targeted therapy and observation. Results： After 6 to 12 months of follow-up, 83 patients （ 115 teeth ） patients in 41 cases （ 60 teeth ）, accounting for 49.39%; 32 cases improved （ 38 teeth ）, accounting for 38.55%; invalid in I0 cases （ 17 teeth ）, accounting for 12.06% of the total efficiency is 87.95%; Conclusion：Periodontal syndrome t^th should identify the etiology, treatment planning, system.
