靶向修饰纳米粒的研究进展

摘要 对纳米粒表面进行修饰以提高其靶向性,包括被动靶向修饰、主动靶向修饰和物理化学靶向修饰等,是目前药学领域研究的一个新热点,本文对其研究进展作简要综述。 Surface modification of nanoparticles to improve the targeting,including passive targeting modification, active targeting modifieation and physical and chemical targeting modification,have attracted more and more attention in the field of pharmaceutics. This article briefly reviews the recent progress in this field.
