摘要 自1982年起ZF公司已将建立在微处理器上的自动变速器电控单元标准化了。通过诸如点火延迟,智能化换档程序和Tiptronic系统在减少内燃机负荷等方面的改进对自动变速器的普及已取得重大效果。在燃油经济性,操纵性和换档质量等方面的进一步改进对提高欧洲自动变速器的应用有着重要意义。在电子方面为获得所需的功能应使用32位高性能微处理器。软件由ANSIC.A编写。 Electronic control units based on microprocessors have been standard in ZF automatic transmissions since 1982. Innovations such as load reduction in internal combustion engines by means of ignition retard, intelligent shift programs, and the Tiptronic system, have all made a vital contribution towards popularizing automatic transmissions. Further improvements in consumption, driveability, and shift quality are vitally important to increase the penetration of automatic transmissions in Europe. To achieve desirable levels of functionality in the electronics field, 32 bit high performance microprocessors are needed. The software is written in ANSI C. A realtime operating system is used. 〈AE〉
