An Exploration and Analysis of the Problem of Yellow Smoke From the Chimney Behind the Converter's First Fan

通过调节转一次除尘风机转速炉和烟道一文二文喉口开度以及同炉前炼钢工序的协调匹配调节,来解决一次风机机后烟囱和厂房屋顶冒黄烟问题。经过实地研究改造,通过炼钢实际生产结果表明,冒黄烟现象已经得到了明显的改善和遏止。

By adjusting the rotation speed of the converter＇s dust exhausting fan and the opening of the first and the second venturi throats of the exhaust flue,as well as coordinating and matching the stove steelmaking process,the paper aims to address the problem of yellow smoke which rises from the chimney behind the fan and from the roof of the factory building.After field research and alteration,the practical production outcome proves that the yellow smoke problem has been well resolved and prevented.
