运动指导对冠心病人康复的影响

The Effect of Exercise Instruction on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

将61例经过运动指导的冠心病患者与56例未经运动指导的冠心病患者进行比较,以了解运动指导对冠心病人康复的影响。结果表明,在症状和心电图方面,经过运动指导者的康复均优于未经指导者,且前者很少因运动而致病情加重。我们认为,运动指导对冠心病人的康复是十分必要的,应当提倡临床医生在康复医学中发挥作用。

61 patients with coronary heart disease (CAD)who did their exercise under the instruction of doctors were investigated and compared with 56 CAD patients who were not instructed to show the influence of exercise instruction on CAD rehabilitation. The results indicate that the rehabilitation of those instructed is superior to those who were not instructed in the symptoms and in the ECG pattern, and that in the former, exercise sel- dom aggravated the disease. It is believed that the exercise instruction is necessary for the patients with CAD, and it should be advocated that clinical doctors play their roles in the rehabilitation medicine.
