摘要本文介绍了高通量分析技术的基本特点,并对比了多种高通量分析仪器的性能。简述了高通量分析仪器对传统新药筛选技术的影响。 This article introduced the basic character of HTS (High Throughput Screening) technology and compared the functions of several commercial instruments using in this area. Explain the influence of new HTS instruments to the traditional new drug screening process.
