焊条偏心质量的检测与控制技术

The Measuring and Controlling technology of the Electrodes' eccentricity quality

介绍一种基于电涡流位移计作为信号拾取元件 ,以 80 31单片机为中心检测单元的焊条偏心检测仪。该仪器适用于各种材质不同规格电焊条的偏心测量 ,其精度可达± 0 0 0 8mm。为适应焊条快节拍生产的要求 ,本文还提出了一种焊条偏心的在线动态检测方案。

A kind of measuring instrument of electrodes eccentricity using the eddy displacement transducer to pick up the signals and 8031 micro-controller system to measuring and controlling has been introduced in this paper. It fits to all kinds of the electrodes' eccentricity, and the test precision is controlled in ±0.008mm. In order to keep pace with the high-speed production, we put forward a method of online dynamical measurement of electrodes'eccentricity in this paper.
