摘要 贵定煤氯仿索氏抽出物经硅胶柱色谱和PdCl2 配体交换薄层色谱两步分离 ,获得了含氮杂环化合物的芳香馏分 (NPAH) ,用GC(FPD)和GC/MS色质联用仪分析其组成结构。通过检索质谱数据并参考有关文献 ,初步确认贵定煤含氮化合物以三、四环结构为主 ,同时含有硫原子 ,主要是氮杂二苯并噻吩及其C1~C5烷基取代物 ; Polynuclear aromatic nitrogen_heterocycles(NPAHs) were isolated from Guiding Coal Chloroform extract by two_step seperation method using silica gel column chromatography and PdCl 2 ligand exchange thin layer chromatography.The subraction was examined by gas chromatography with flame photometric and gas Chromatography_Mass Spectrometry_ Identification was accomplished by analysing Mass spectre of the compoands and Comparising with those reported in the literatures. It was tentatively identified that the principal structures of the nitrogen containing fiaction of Guiding Coal extract had 3_4 aromatic rings, and moreover contained sulfur atom in fused aromatic rings. Aza_dibenzothjophene(DBT) and its C 1~C 5 alkylated derivatives were the main components.Only a few of other polynuclear heterocycles were detected.
