摘要
以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,环氧树脂为增强相,采用溶胶-凝胶法常压制备了环氧树脂增强SiO2气凝胶复合材料,研究了pH值、EtOH和环氧树脂含量与复合材料结构、密度的关系;采用SEM检测手段对复合材料断面的微观形貌进行了测试;采用TG-DSC进行了试样热分析,并采用阿基米德法测定了其密度.结果表明,加入环氧树脂后,气凝胶结构变化较大,而且乙醇、环氧树脂用量以及pH值对TEOS的水解缩聚反应有较大影响;材料在600℃以下具有良好的稳定性.
High malleable silica aerogels composites were synthesized via sol-gel and ambient drying process using tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) as precursor, epoxy resin as reinforcement. The relationship between the structure, density of silica aerogels composite and the pH, the dosage of ethanol and epoxy were investigated. The microstructure of the composites was characterized by SEM analyses, the thermal properties were characterized by TG-DSC analy- ses, and the density was tested by the Archimedean method. The results showed that the structure of aerogels changed a lot with loading epoxy resin, while the dosage of the ethanol, epoxy resin and pH had important effects on hydroxylation and condensation reactants of TEOS. Silica aerogels composite had thermal steady under 600 ℃.
