摘要
在阐述了牙科用椅传动机构传动特点的基础上,对升降机构进行了相关的分析研究与综合,计算得出了升降机构推程力的数值,确定了传动机构各部件的尺寸参数,校核了丝杠螺母机构的自锁性能.依据确定的传动参数对丝杠的强度性能、螺纹的强度性能、丝杠螺母机构的稳定性进行了验算,从而设计出了满足机构要求的丝杠螺母机构,此外对其传动效率进行了计算,为升降机构的设计提供了理论依据,并对驱动系统的选型具有一定的参考价值.
This paper describes the dental chairs in the transmission characteristics of trans- mission based on the lifting mechanism for the related analysis and synthesis, calculated ele- vating force to push the numerical process to determine the size of the various components of transmission parameters, check a self-locking screw nut body performance. Basis for deter- mining the transmission parameters on the strength properties of the screw, thread strength properties, screw nut checking the stability of institutions, which have been required to meet the body screw nut body. The calculation of its transmission efficiency, the design of the lifting mechanism proposed theoretical basis, and the selection of the drive system has played a certain reference value.
