摘要
大学阳光体育运动长效机制是一个系统工程,要求每一方面、每一环节都能互相协调,共同促进,才能保证其有效性.在此系统中,阳光体育的激励、保障与制约机制的合理使用与宏观、微观层次的机制的有效统合,以及实施过程中的行政-计划式机制、监督-反馈式机制与指导-服务式机制的有机统一,对构建大学阳光体育运动的长效机制有着极为重要的作用.
Long-term mechanism of college sunshine sports is a systematic project. It re- quires coordination and promotion of every aspects and stages to ensure its validity and effi- ciency. In the system, it plays a vital role in terms of effective combination of proper adop- tion of stimulation, guarantee and restriction of sunshine sports and macro and micro mecha- nism, as well as unification of administrative in this process, scheduled mechanism, supervi- sion, feedback mechanism and guidance, service mechanism.
