摘要
经多年对栽培稻与野生稻(下称栽野)杂交后代花药培养效率的研究,获得提高栽野稻杂交后 代花培效率的培养基和技术方法。通过花粉植株农艺性状和抗病性观察,认为花粉植株一代具有遗传 多样性,2~4代具有遗传相对稳定性。按育种目标选择抗病力强,传递力高的野生稻与丰产、农艺性 状优良的栽培稻杂交,通过花药培养并对后代实施严格选择,可迅速获得新的优质源。
With the studies during these years, more efficient medium and method for anther culture of hybrid offspring from cultivated and wild rice have been gotten. By observation of their agronomic characters and disease resistance of pollen plant, their H1 showed genetic diversity and their H2-H4 were provided with relative genetic stability. After hybridization between wild rice with high disease resistance and high heritability and cultivated rice with high yield and other good agronomic characters according to the breeding aim, new quality germplasm could be promptly obtained by anther culture and then strictly selection.
