摘要本文通过采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法，从基础理论出发，选择适当的银行效率概念以及投入和产出指标，借鉴国外当前成熟而广泛应用的商业银行效率评价方法--数据包络分析（DEA）方法。将Fried et al.（2002）所提出的DEA三阶段模型运用于对城市商业银行效率的测度，从综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率三个方面对我国城市商业银行效率及其影响因素进行了实证研究。
