摘要
选用200羽1日龄艾维茵白羽鸡,在玉米-糠麸-棉、豆粕日粮中,设4个植酸酶添加水平(0、250、500、1000pu/kg)和1个添加磷酸氢钙的标准磷处理,进行35d的试验,探讨了植酸酶添加水平对肉鸡生长性能和磷利用的效果。结果指出,植酸酶添加剂量与肉鸡体增重、血清无机磷呈显著的正线性相关,并与植酸磷表观消化率呈正效应。以体增重为标识,694pu的植酸酶可替代1g由磷酸氢钙提供的无机磷。
