产程中应用同感心护理对产程影响的临床观察

Clinical observe the birth procedure influence by the sympathy nursing application in the whole birth procedure

目的探讨产程中应用同感心护理对产程的影响。方法随机选取2010年1月至6月在我院住院分娩足月单胎顺产的初产妇共400例,按单、双号分为观察组和对照组各200例,观察组在产程中实施同感心护理,对照组实施传统模式护理,观察比较两组产程时间、分娩方式、新生儿窒息率、产后出血量。结果观察组的第一、第二产程时间、阴道分娩率、顺产率均明显优于对照组(P<0.001),剖宫产率明显低于对照组,两组剖宫产指征构成呈显著性差异,统计学有意义(P<0.05),第三产程时间、新生儿窒息率,产后出血量两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论产程中应用同感心护理不但能促进产程进展,缩短产程时间,提高顺产率,降低剖宫产率,还不会增加新生儿窒息率,产后出血量,提高产科质量,值得在临床推广。

[ Objective] Discuss the Birth procedure influence by the Sympathy nursing application in the whole birth process. [ Methods] Random selected 600 primiparas with mature and natural childbirth in our hospital from January to July 2010, divided them in two groups in even numbers and odd numbers. Odd group applied sympathy nursing in birth procedure, Even group applied traditional nursing. Observed and compared the birth time, the child- birth way, the newborn suffocation and the after- childbirth blooding volume with these two groups. [ Results] It resulted that the odd group is obviously better than even group in the first and second childbirth procedure time, vagina childbirth rate and natural childbirth rate（P 〈 0. 001 ）, and it＇s C- section rate is clearly lower. The feature and structure of both group~ C -section childbirth appear absolute difference, which shows statistics significance （P 〈 O. 05 ）. However, there is no statistics significance （ P 〉 0.05 ） in the third birth procedure time, the newborn suffocation or the after - childbirth blooding volume. [Condusion] Apply sympathy nursing during birth procedure not only can effectively improve birth procedure development, reduce birth procedure time, accelerate natural childbirth and lower the C - section childbirth rate, and it also can control the newborn suffocation rate, the after - childbirth blooding volume and improved the obstetrical dept quality. It is very valuable for clinic generalization and application.
