PET-CT图像融合对复发鼻咽癌靶区勾画的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价PET-CT图像融合在局部复发鼻咽癌调强放疗靶区勾画中的作用。方法首先单独基于MRI行复发鼻咽癌靶区勾画,之后应用PET-CT和MRI共同制定靶区,以共同制定靶区为主,进行调强放疗。结果按PET-CT和MRI共同制定计划,6例调强放疗患者GTV均较单独应用IMR勾画靶区发生改变,放疗后随访均超过半年,除1例发生鼻咽出血,其余未发生残余及复发。结论利用PET-CT和MRI共同勾画靶区对复发鼻咽癌靶区勾画明显有利,近期疗效满意。
