摘要
为兽医临床合理应用沙拉星(Sarafloxacin)提供理论依据,就其对实验性感染猪链球菌 病及大肠杆菌病的药效学进行了研究。以试管2倍稀释法测得沙拉沙星对兰氏C群类马链球菌(C55120)和猪大肠杆菌(O55)的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别是0.8mg/L及0.05mg/L。肌注给药对猪链球菌病和大肠杆菌病的试验性治疗结果不明,低、中 高剂量沙拉沙星组2.5、5。
The pharmacodynamics of sarafloxacin and ciprofloxacin against experimentally induced streptococcosis and sarafloxacin, enrofloxacin against artificially induced colibacillosis in pigs were studied to provide the basis for their clinical use. Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of above three drugs were determined for Streptococcus equisilis or Escherichia coli by two fold dilution method in vitro. Then, the therapeutic trials of sarafloxacin (2.5, 5 and 10 mg/kg) and ciprofloxacin (5 mg/kg) against experimentally induced streptococcosis suum were carried out in pigs following intramuscular administration for 5 days (twice daily). The therapeutic trials of sarafloxacin (2.5, 5 and 10 mg/kg) and enrofloxacin (5 mg/kg) against artificially induced colibacillosis were performed in pigs following intramuscular administration for 3 successive days (twice daily). MICs of sarafloxacin and ciprofloxacin were 0.8 and 0.8 mg/L for S.equisimilis, respectively. MICs of sarafloxacin and enrofloxacin were 0.05 and 0.05 mg/L for E.coli, respectively. Following the treatment with sarafloxacin (2.5, 5 and 10 mg/kg) and ciprofloxacin (5 mg/kg) against Streptococcosis suum for 5 days, the curative rates of the infected pigs were 60%, 80%, 90% and 60%, respectively. The mortality of the infected and untreated group was 40%. Following the treatment with sarafloxacin (2.5, 5 and 10 mg/kg) and enroloxacin (2.5 mg/kg) against colobacillosis for 3 days, the curative rates of the infected pigs were 80%, 90%, 90% and 90%, respectively. The mortality of the infected and untreated group was 30%.
