Application of Machine Vision Technique to Quality Automatic Identification of Agricultural Products(Ⅰ)

随着图像处理技术的专业化与计算机硬件成本的下降和速度的提高 ,在农产品品质自动识别领域应用机器视觉技术已变得越来越具有吸引力。为了能充分利用国外的最新研究成果 ,该文分农产品表面缺陷与损伤识别、尺寸与面积检测和颜色识别等三个方面棕述了国外在利用机器视觉技术进行农产品品质自动识别上的研究进展 ,以供我国研究人员做同类研究时参考。

With the specialization of image processing technique, the decrease of the cost of computer hardware, and the heightening of the speed of computer, the application of machine vision technique to quality identification of agricultural products has become more and more attractive. According to the three different fields——defect and damage detection, size and area measurement, and color judgement, the research advancements were reviewed in this paper. At last, this paper presented the subject and field needed to research.
