摘要
通过对农用运输车车架强度计算和试验,就货厢对车架强度贡献问题进行了分析,为车架的节材研究奠定了基础。
Two finite element models were developed, one with neglect of the vehicle body (model A) and the other without (model B). In model A, the chassis elements, suspensions and tyres are taken into account. Besides those, the element of the vehicle body is considered as well in model B. According to the calculated and measured results of frame strength of a farm transport vehicle, the contribution of vehicle body on the frame strength was analysed. The results from the two models were compared, which shows that the strength condition on farm transport vehicle frame is changing when the loads are applied in different ways. It is found that vehicle body plays an important role in protecting the frame when a farm transport vehicle runs on uneven road. It lays the foundation of frame material saving. An applied example is shown by BJ2310 farm transport vehicle. The results from calculation and test are coincident and the method was proved to be feasible.
