摘要
对联合收割机轴流式脱粒滚筒的控制问题进行了讨论,给出了脱粒滚筒恒速控制模型。以联合收割机的行走速度为控制量,在作物密度变化的情况下,通过无级变速装置改变行走速度,保持喂入量恒定,从而控制滚筒转速稳定。设计了PID恒速控制器,给出了仿真结果。仿真结果表明控制器是有效的和可行的。
The control problem of a combine cylinder is put forward and discussed in this paper. The significance of constant palstance of the cylinder are discussed and the control structure and model are given. Control of the cylinder means keeping the palstance of the cylinder constant by adjusting the walking velocity of the combine on condition that the walking mechanism is equipped with a device of infinitely variable speeds, for example ATM and CVT. When crop density changes, the walking velocity is adjusted to keep the feeding quantity constant, and then the palstance is controlled constant. PID control and its tuning of parameters are discussed. PID controller of constant palstance of cylinder has been designed and simulation results are given. The results of the simulation show that the PID controller is effective and workable in control of constant palstance of cylinder.
