摘要
针对油菜籽的干燥和品质特性的现状,应用微波试验装置,通过选择不同的质量比功率和加热时间及配套的工艺措施对油菜籽进行了微波干燥的研究,分析表明:应用微波技术既能快速而经济地对油菜籽进行干燥,又能保持其种用价值,且能改良其食用品质。
To be aimed at the present requirements of rapeseed's drying and its product quality, a study on microwave drying of rapeseed (mean oil“821”) has been performed using microwave trial installation by varying ratio of quality power and heating time. Through the analyzing, it proved that it is practicable for microwave drying of rapeseeds. It can not only dry rapeseed efficiently, but also maintain the rapeseed's plantable value and excellent edible quality after drying process.
